满足四轮驱动需要的高效耦合系统

伴随着累进式主动耦合系统的发布,麦格纳动力总成迈开了重要的一步,突显了其世界范围内的全驱技术的能力。

 

汽车世界正在发生变化,全驱技术的需求也是如此,单纯牵引不再是系统成功的关键。今天的全驱系统必须更小,更轻,充分适应不同的驾驶条件,当然,汽车驾驶者还有成本效益和燃油效率方面的要求。此外,新的全驱系统技术,必然会遇到日常的例如安全和驾驶乐趣等问题。技术领先的累进式主动耦合系统能满足所有这些要求,因此被认为是当今市场上最有效的全时驱动耦合系统之一。

新的累进式主动耦合系统集成在汽车的后轴以改善汽车的性能,提高系统效率,降低汽车的重量和成本。麦格纳动力总成的累进式主动耦合系统输出扭矩高达1 000Nm,该累进式主动耦合系统为横向引擎规格的车辆后轴设计,是内置离合器,如果需要的话,还可激活除前轴驱动之外的后轴驱动。麦格纳动力总成的累进式主动耦合系统外壳装配铸铝,是优化的低重量设计。整个系统——耦合器(包括整个后驱模块)的重量小于18.5kg。此外,累进式主动耦合系统由液压机械驱动并充分融入后轮驱动模块,高度集成并有一条润滑油管路。

 

High Efficient Coupling System for Today’s All-Wheel-Drive Requirements

 

The automotive world is changing and so are the requirements of AWD technologies. Traction alone is no longer the key to successful systems. Today's AWD systems have to be smaller, lighter, fully adaptable to differing driving conditions and, of course, cost-effective and fuel-efficient. Furthermore, new AWD technologies have to meet every-day expectations regarding safety and driving pleasure. The Pro-Active coupling fulfils all these requirements and is considered to be one of the most efficient AWD coupling systems available in today's market.

 

The requirements of AWD technologies have shifted from providing maximum traction in off-road vehicles to supplying dynamically active systems which are easy to handle, economical, ecologically reasonable and fun to drive. AWD systems have to be smaller, lighter, and fully adaptable to each respective driving condition. The Pro-Active Coupling fulfils all these urgent requirements and is considered to be one of most advanced AWD coupling systems currently available for A, B and C – class segments.

 

With the release of its Pro-Active Coupling system MAGNA Powertrain took an important step to underline its world wide competence in AWD technology.

 

The new coupling systems are integrated in to the rear axle for improved vehicle performance, system efficiency, weight and cost. They transfer high torque requirements up to 1000Nm.

 

MAGNA Powertrain's Pro-Active Coupling is designed as a integrated clutch for transverse engine specifications to the vehicle rear axle, to allow activation of the rear axle drive in addition to the front axle drive if housing is produced out of aluminium die casting and its optimized design is low in weight. The weight of the entire system – coupling including the full rear drive module – is less than 18,5 kg. The Pro-Active Coupling is hydro-mechanically actuated and is fully integrated into the rear drive module. The high degree of integration has one oil circuit for lubrication.
